4th European Endometriosis Congress, Vienna

The 4th European Endometriosis Congress was held on 23 November 2018 in Vienna. The president of our society Prof. Yücel Karaman, MD made a speech on medical treatment in myoma and adenomyosis-related uterine bleedings. Prof. Engin Oral, MD chaired a panel about ovarian endometriosis and infertility, and also the panel on different perspectives on infertility. The general secretary of our society, Assoc. Prof Taner Usta, MD also chaired a panel and participated in a case discussion session. In addition, Assoc. Prof Hale Göksever Çelik, MD, Pinar Yalcın Bahat, MD, Cihan Kaya MD, Göknur Topçu MD, Fitnat Topbaş MD, Ezgi Darıcı MD participated in the meeting actively with a total of 5 oral presentations and 6 poster presentations.
Our Founding President Prof. Engin Oral, MD was elected as the ‘President of the European Endometriosis League’ during the board meeting. ELL was founded in 2005, and is one of the striking associations in the scientific arena on endometriosis.

Our association; was established to inform patients, relatives, the society, physicians about Endometriosis and the diseases caused by it. We are working for a future where the effects of Endometriosis, which is one of every 10 women of reproductive age, have less effects.
