On Saturday November 3, 2018 under Seher Sari, MD.’s leadership we organized the first ‘Cycle for Endometriosis’ tour in Samsun. Endometriosis patients and volunteers showed great interest in this organization. We would like to thank everyone who helped and participated in this event.

This week we are going to hold several meetings at different cities on ‘endometriosis and reproductive health’. One of our member Seher Sarı, MD. was in Samsun with workers from Yedas. Eda Ureyen, MD held a meeting in Ankara with adolescent girls from Yukselis College. Salih Yılmaz, MD. was in Van at the 100. Years University meeting with students majoring in teaching preschool children.⠀
Today we are delighted to see that one of our dreams have come true. With the collaboration of American Collegiate Institute in Izmir we held a seminar on endometriosis and reproductive health. Almost 180 girls from ACI attended the seminar and Prof. Umit Inceboz informed these students thoroughly on the subject. Starting today this educational program will last for two weeks. We are also in contact with other schools. We aim to widen this project and reach as many students as we can. We thank ACI management and students for their help and participation.
We are runnning 40th Istanbul Vodafone Marathon to raise awareness of endometriosis (chocolate cyst) which effects 1 in 10 women. Come and join us!!
We ran with our colleagues the 5th Bursa Eker I Run to raise awareness on endometriosis. Along with the resident physicians of Uludag University Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Department we would like to thank members of our society Prof. Gurkan Uncu, MD. and Isil Kasapoglu, MD for joining us on this day.
The new meeting of our association, which was held in Gaziantep and Kayseri, was at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Diyarbakır on September 9, 2018.
During the meeting, which was attended by all members of the board and working group, Management of Endometrioma was discussed in detail with our colleagues and the cases were discussed. The entire program was broadcast live on our Facebook page.
Founder President of the American Endometriosis Foundation Tamer Seçkin, MD shared the latest developments and his unique experiences at a dinner with members of our association on June 1.

Professor of the Board of Directors of our Associatio Prof. Engin Oral MD, participated in the International Symposium on Reproductive Health and Infertility organized by TSRM on 4-5 May in Baku and shared their knowledge and experiences.
As the Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Association, we held the Chronic Pelvic Pain Symposium for the first time in Istanbul on April 20-21, 2018. At this meeting, we highlighted the fact that pelvic pain is not consisted only of endometriosis, IBS, or interstitial cystitis and many topics that have never been discussed in our country so far have been discussed for the first time. The topics have been discussed by both national and international professors who are very experienced. Horace Roman performed a livestreamed operation for Sacral Nerve Endometriosis from France during the meeting for the first time. We would like to thank all of our participants for their interest.

Our association; was established to inform patients, relatives, the society, physicians about Endometriosis and the diseases caused by it. We are working for a future where the effects of Endometriosis, which is one of every 10 women of reproductive age, have less effects.
