On 11th of March, Monday evening, our EndoKitchen Workshop took place at MSA Maslak. Pınar Bahat, MD., gave a presentation on the importance of nutrition for endometriosis patients. She informed the participants on food with antiinflammatory and pain relieving effects. She also warned against nutrients which elevate the symptoms of endometriosis. With the help of MSA team we prepared an endometriosis friendly menu consisting of broccoli with ginger soup, mediterranean salad, oven-cooked seabass with mint gremolata and cauliflower puree and chai pudding. We had a great evening where we enjoyed the company of the participants and the food that we cooked. We thank MSA team for their professional help and support.⠀

Our association; was established to inform patients, relatives, the society, physicians about Endometriosis and the diseases caused by it. We are working for a future where the effects of Endometriosis, which is one of every 10 women of reproductive age, have less effects.
